I called Ian to see if my door would be repairable or whether I’d need to get a new one. He came round the following day, just as he said and well within the timeframe he had given. He explained what he was going to do and after clearing some space to work (the garage was full to bursting), quickly got on and had the door back in full working order in no time. Open, honest, easy to work with and very helpful, I couldn’t fault him at all and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
